Southern Homekill Services - Onfarm homekill service, Southland Otago wide. Beef, Sheep, Pigs and Dog Tucker.
We deliver to our own butchery Riversdale Meats for processing or can deliver to another butcher for further processing.
Riversdale Meats - Processing all homekill and wild game into Southlands biggest range of choice cuts and smallgoods.
Who are we?
Katrina and Daniel Butler, both qualified butchers (along with our youngest boy Brett Butler (apprentice Butcher)) Our whole working life we have been involved in Butchery, Food Retail and Farming industries. With 17 years each in the homekill space. Based in Riversdale we have grown our business along with our family to now be one of the busiest homekill butcherys in Southland. What does that mean? Well from the paddock, to handing back to you after processing, you get the same butcher dealing with your meat. We limit the amount of meat we process so we can focus on getting the best from your homekill, all beef is aged 10 days no matter what time of year or how busy we are. And we only process homekill we do not sell retail or wholesale.
